Comes now into
court Malinda Nicole DiRosa, Sovereign and victim of these scum
pretending to have the right to even draw breath, to object to the
mockery of any concept of law or justice perpetrated by these sworn
associates of the Bar, betrayers of humanity.
This Sovereign did
appear, forced by the gun barrel of the occupational government,
before this mockery of humanity itself, pretending to be a valid
court. As predicted, one can not deny that the fix was in.
This Sovereign was
forced to appear and was held captive for hours while these scum of
the Earth did proceed to verbally abuse and threaten this Sovereign
with incarceration in a more confining prison than the one she is now
imprisoned.
These scum did use
fear, lies and intimidation to attempt to force a confession out of
this Sovereign for crimes, that they are fully aware are fraudulent,
in the truest form of the Inquisition. These scum, pretending even
the right to draw breath, did threaten to throw this Sovereign into
the dungeon if she did not confess to these fraudulent charges or if
she did, in any way, irritate the petty tyrant and confessed traitor
presiding over this debacle. Imagine, confess to these pretend
charges, which are so fraudulent that this inquisition refuses to
even state the nature of the charges, or be thrown in the dungeon.
This Sovereign did
file the position of this Sovereign before court knowing full well
that these Gestapo tactics would be used upon her and her inability
to understand the language of treason would be used against her.
Having threatened
and intimidated this Sovereign into silence, this travesty did begin.
As predicted in the
filed position of this Sovereign a new traitor appeared. The Judas
goat ordered by the grand inquisitor, over the objections of this
Sovereign, did rise and pretend to speak for this Sovereign. (One
can not deny the benefit of having sworn associates in treason as
judge, prosecutor and defense in any inquisition. ) And, as
predicted, this Judas goat did proceed to betray this Sovereign in
what can only be described as an overt and confessed act of Treason
against this Sovereign and all enslaved Sovereigns of the State of
Louisiana in open court.
It was then
discovered that the entity calling itself the State of Louisiana
could not even produce witnesses of these pretend charges. Was this
debacle ended? Of course not. The entity calling itself the State
of Louisiana was given a continuance of almost four mounts to
fabricate witnesses to these pretend charges. It must not be
forgotten that this Sovereign was denied a continuance.
Nor, must it be
forgotten that a continuance granted to this Sovereign would have
caused no harm to anyone, however a continuance granted to the entity
calling itself the State of Louisiana is a sentence of this Sovereign
to continued confinement in little better than house arrest and
subjects her to another forced appearance before the gun barrel of
the occupational government and continued abuse.
There can there be
no doubt that the fix is in. The only question that remains is how
low can the bar drop before it is knocked down. This Sovereign has
abandoned all hope of finding any shred of honor in this mockery of a
court. But, again, how much honor can you expect from people who
sold their families and even their own children into slavery. How
much honor can you expect from traitors who hugged their families and
children as they placed the knife of betrayal into their back. Could
this be the deficiency in character for which the L.S.A.T. tests?
One can only offer
condolences to the dupes who support this oppressive tyranny for it
must be remembered that Hitler did not kill millions of Jews. Those
millions of Jews were killed by the people who made the lists; by the
people who rounded them up; by the people who drove the trains; as
surely as by the people who turned the valve on the gas chambers.
Why did they kill all of those Jews? Because someone told them to.
Hitler did not
invade any country. Other people did. Why? Because he told them
to. Millions dropped what they were doing to go and kill people and
destroy property, possibly dying in the process, so that Hitler could
be richer and more powerful. Why? Because someone told them to.
This is to be
distinguished from the betrayal by the sworn associates of the bar
who have sold us out for profit and power. These sworn traitors have
sold us into slavery and have diligently worked to keep us enslaved
while pretending to be upholding the law of a government they know to
be illegally instituted. THEY ARE, IN FACT, KNOWINGLY UPHOLDING THE
ILLEGALITY OF THE LAW. The sworn associates of betrayal are not
abusing us our of fear of reprisal, they are willfully and
maliciously abusing us for profit and power.
This betrayal can
not be compared to the overthrow of other governments where one
dictator is replaced by another. Nor can it be compared to an
invasion by foreign nationals. We had obtained our divine right of
freedom and lost it by the treachery and deception of our own people.
Title was not transferred as is the case in change of dictator.
Nor were they members of some other clan or subjects of some other
dictator as in invasion. We lost our freedom just as surely as Dred
Scott's ancestors because our own people sold us out for profit and
power, the only difference being that ignorance and deceit were the
weapons used. We were deceived by our own people into overthrowing
ourselves.
Our founders had
fought to make us tyrant free. Millions have fought in countless
wars in the belief that they were keeping this nation free of
tyrants. All of those lives have been dishonored by these sworn
traitors of the bar. Is it any wonder that this Sovereign has
abandoned all hope of finding any shred of honor in this mockery of a
court.
However, since this
Sovereign is still being attacked as they try to beat me into
slavery, this Sovereign must still defend.
This Sovereign does
object to the sworn associate of treason playing Judas goat for the
inquisition known as the public defender. This Judas goat of this
inquisition is not authorized to speak on my behalf and this
Sovereign does demand that he take his knife out of my back.
This Sovereign does
object to the continuance granted to the entity calling itself the
State of Louisiana as it will cause irreparable damage to this
Sovereign. It must be remembered that until these issues are
resolved, this Sovereign is under threat of arrest, incarceration,
extortion, confiscation and other abuses if caught traveling, even
locally. In effect, this continuance is a sentence of imprisonment
for the length of the continuance.
There can be no
doubt that the fault of all of these abuses of this Sovereign can be
laid on one individual with many accomplices. There can be no doubt
that the black robed grand inquisitor is the one holding the club
trying to beat this Sovereign into slavery. There can be no doubt
that the black robed grand inquisitor is defying every law of God or
man for the issue is clear.

correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and do further certify
that it is a correct translation of the position of the fraudulently
accused Sovereign Malinda Nicole DiRosa.
I, Sovereign
Michael E. DiRosa, translator, next friend, and paternal parent of
Malinda Nicole DiRosa, do hereby further certify that I have signed
the name of Malinda Nicole DiRosa to this document with her full
permission and authority. I have, again, been forced to sign this
document on her behalf due entirely to the fact that Malinda Nicole
DiRosa has been sentenced to four more months of illegal imprisonment
in a different part of the State than I have been illegally
imprisoned these many years. Certified this 22nd day of

been sent to the Judas goat known as the public defender in that he
has no right or authority to speak for the Sovereign Malinda Nicole
DiRosa. This lying, cheating, back stabbing slug should crawl back
under the rock from which he emerged. His confession, in open court,
