To protect and to serve. Did you ever ask the obvious question. To protect and to serve whom?

I'm about to show you that it's the State, our master, that they are protecting and serving. You know the one that's ruled by the invading army of citizens of another state or a foreign state, no better than overseers of the King. They are protecting themselves from those freed slaves. One has to keep the subjects in line. How else can we make them pay?

If no one taught you law, how do you know what your voting for? I'm going to show you how the lawyers have exploited your ignorance and have been laughing at you. You ignorant freed slaves have voted for State Constitutions.

In Louisiana our constitution says that we are going to allow the State of Louisiana to issue and illegal bill of credit and borrow money in violation of the United States Constitution. As collateral for this money we will steal everyone's vehicle and put the vehicles up as collateral for this debt. Then we are going to put a tax on the permission to use the vehicles we just stole. That's actually what you are the owner of, the permission to use the vehicle, not the vehicle itself.

Since the State, our master, now owns all of the vehicles we need to make sure that the freed slaves don't misuse our vehicles. Our vehicles, our rules. Welcome to traffic court. The agents of the King, will now punish you for misusing the Kings vehicle.

You remember that money we borrowed? The money that we got with the vehicles as collateral? Well, we are going to use that money to fund a corporation called the Department of Public Safety and Corrections and we are going to give to that corporation its own army known as the State Police.

The Department of Public Safety and Corrections will be a corporation. It will be responsible for the health an well being of the freed slaves and the property of the State of Louisiana, including all of those vehicles. You know, the overseer of the plantation.

Any of the money they collect in managing the State's property will first go to fund this corporation and their militia, the State Police. Any money they don't use may eventually go into the general fund.

Sounds bizarre, doesn't it. Will you believe the State Constitution and revised Statutes?

Let me put this another way. A group of conspirators in the federal government took over the government of the United States by way of the 14^th amendment. The Tulane Law Review told you this.

These conspirators than invaded the State of Louisiana and changed the Louisiana Constitution to allow only freed slaves to manage their new conquest. You know citizens of another state or a foreign state to manage the freed slaves that were once Kings. It's the same puppet government that reconstruction started.

They then stole all of the vehicles, including bicycles and ridden animals, and are charging you for the privilege of using their vehicle.

They stole all of the vehicles to get the money and the right (their vehicle, their rules) to finance the overseer of the State's farm. A corporation called the Department of Public Safety and Corrections. The invaders also gave this corporation an army called the State Police.

This corporation also made deals with local armies of the master for the collection of fines for the improper use of the State's vehicles by the freed slaves.

Every time you see someone stopped by a policeman for a traffic offense, this is what you are seeing in Louisiana. An Agent of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, a corporation, overseer of the property of the State of Louisiana has decided to see if you are using the Master's vehicle correctly and, if not, the master's overseer is going to whip you.

Remember, the Supreme Court told us in the Dred Scott story that even when freed the Negro was controlled by police power, for his own good. And that in Connecticut any free negro who shall travel without such pass, and shall be stopped, seized, or taken up, he shall pay all charges arising thereby.

This is the way we treat freed slaves not the "Sovereign People". The Supreme Court said that. They used it as an example of how bad off freed slaves were as compared to Kings.

A king has a right to travel. It is a subset of his right to pursue his happiness. A king has a right to own property of every kind. The Supreme Court told us this in the Slaughterhouse cases. It's too bad the butchers weren't Kings. Freed slaves have few rights and the Supreme Court told you what they were in the slaughterhouse case. It's just little better than the rights of freed slaves as told in the Dred Scott case. Freed slaves had just as much rights as the government gives them. The government gave the rights the government can take them away. My rights, my rules.

Now the State of Louisiana has stolen all of the vehicles in the Sate and have the gall to charge a tax for the permission to use the vehicles they just stole from us. That's what Article VII Section 5 of the Louisiana State Constitution does. It is entitled "Motor vehicle license tax." It is actually a tax on the permission to use the States vehicle they just stole. It is not a tax on the Motor Vehicle. They stole that outright. It's a tax on the License, the permission, they are going to give you to use their vehicle.

Their vehicle, their rules. If you don't pay the insurance company, I will take my vehicle away and give it to a good surf who will pay. We have no tolerance for disobedient slaves, freed or not.

I'm not kidding you at all. Let's start looking at the rules.

Article VII Section 5 of the Louisiana State Constitution is the one that steals the vehicles. The documentation has an almost word for word translation along with dictionary quotes. I have simply translated it. It is one of the finest examples of forked tongue I have ever seen. Read it once before you read the translation, you'll see what I mean. So let me give you an abbreviated story. The full story is in the documentation

Article VII Section 5 puts all motor vehicles in Louisiana up as collateral for a debt. This puts an admiralty lien on all of these vehicles. Until this debt is paid, the lien holder has title to the vehicle. His vehicle, his rules.

Let me show you that I'm not kidding.

You've heard that driving is a privilege. They just didn't tell you that a privilege under Civil Law is a right which the nature of a debt gives to a creditor.

Wait a minute. If there is a lien on what I think is my vehicle, than there must be a paper trail. The lien must be registered somewhere. Nope, they took care of that too. In the Louisiana Constitution ancillary Article XIX Section 19 they hid the lien.

"Privileges on movable property shall exist without registration of same, except in such cases as may be prescribed by law." Louisiana Constitution Ancillary Article XIX Section 19.

So, there could be an unregistered lien, a privilege, on movable property.

This is illegal. It is a Bill of Credit which no State shall emit. But, who and Hans is going to complain?

These carpetbaggers have stolen the ownership of your vehicle. But, who and Hans is going to object. I did. It is still an uncontested Fact that I am a Citizen of the State of Louisiana. In fact, the Supreme Court of Louisiana refuses to rule.

You think I'm kidding. The State's vehicle, the State's rules.

Just look at Louisiana revised Statute 32:25.

"Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to prevent the owner of real property used by the public for purposes of vehicular travel by permission of the owner, and not as a matter of right, from prohibiting such use, or from requiring other or different or additional conditions than those specified in this Chapter, or otherwise regulating such use as may seem best to such owner." La R.S. 32:25

Nothing shall prevent the owner of real property used by the public for purposes of vehicular travel by permission of the owner, and not as a matter of right, from prohibiting such use.

What they are saying is that if you own the vehicle you can travel as a matter of right. Your vehicle, your rules.

If you don't own the vehicle, than the owner can prohibit such use and require other or different or additional conditions or otherwise regulating such use as may seem best to the owner. For instance the owner of the vehicle can demand that you be licensed by him to use his vehicle. The owner of the vehicle may demand that you insure his vehicle. The owner of the vehicle might have no tolerance for freed slaves that don't wear a seat belt in his vehicle. His vehicle, his rules. He can even prohibit your use of the vehicle. Of course you better not be drinking and using his vehicle.

The State of Louisiana claims to own the vehicle. They have created a corporation to oversee the State's property. As exclusive agent for the State of Louisiana, owner of all vehicles, the Department of Public Safety and corrections and its army of agents have made rules for the use of the State's vehicles. All users of the State's vehicles must be bound to service for a term of years to the Corporation. If you misuse the master's vehicles, the master will whip you and maybe throw you in jail. You can see on TV what happens to a freed slave that missuses the master's vehicles.

The treatment of freed slaves has always been left to the digression of the States. Sure, we stole their vehicle. Sure, we're charging them to use the vehicle we just stole. But, we can also stop them when ever we want and take some of the money out of their pocket. Who cares, they're just freed slaves. It they don't like it, just let them go to another lawyer to fight about it. We'll both make money and we'll both laugh all the way to the bank.

That's what the Supreme Court of Louisiana refuses to rule on. I have claimed that I am the rightful owner of the vehicle, traveling as a matter of right. I haven't broken any of the rules or conditions of the owner. Just ask the owner, I'll tell you.

That's what a traffic ticket is. You have broken the rules of the owner of that vehicle and his agent has charged you with criminal trespass.

The real question is just who is the owner of that vehicle?

All of this is laid out in a formal proof in the documentation. All I did was correctly translate it and put the stories together.

To check and see if I am right, all you have to do is see if the Constitution and the Statutes really say that. I am going to cover some of it here. But, there's more information in the documentation. All you need to read is the briefs in support of each position. They are the formal proofs that what I am telling you is the truth. My goodness, all you have to do is look. The proof of what I am saying is all around you. Are we being treated like sovereign Kings by our property managers or are we being treated like freed slaves by the overseer of the Kings property. It was the difference between Dred Scott and his owner Sandford. Dred Scott was a subject of Sandford. Sandford was a King. Sanford was a Citizen of the State of Missouri. If Dred Scott lived until after the 14^th amendment, Dred Scott stopped being a subject of Sandford and became a subject of the United States. Of course, if Sandford didn't have a bona fide residence in the State of Missouri, he and Dred were indeed equal. We are all freed slaves subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.

For those of you that haven't read any of the documentation, I urge you to read it. The Supreme Court actually writes beautifully. I don't write nearly so well, but I wrote this as a translation from Legalese to English. I never expected to win these cases in court. It is well known that cases like this just never get ruled on. If we don't rule you can't win. I was just gathering evidence that I could bring to you, my fellow defrocked Kings. With that in mind I always tried to write so as to be easily understandable to someone untrained in the law. I have tried to make my documentation easily read and as easily verified as possible. Don't just believe me. Go see for yourself. Act like a King and go learn the rules. When we recover our kingdoms you will have to know enough to keep this from happening again. Ignorance is slavery.

Here comes some more.

The lien that the State claims on the vehicles is an admiralty lien. I went into a court called the First Parish Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana. I was to later find out that this is a federal court. Forget the title. It is a federal admiralty court.

The State of Louisiana claims to have an admiralty lien on all vehicles. The U.S. Constitution in Article III Section 2 says that the federal government is the only one that can hear admiralty cases. Hence, First Parish Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana is a Federal admiralty court hearing a case of criminal trespass on the property of the holder of the admiralty lien. Owner's property, owner's rules.

Well, if First Parish Court, Parish of Jeffersons, State of Lousiaina is a federal admiralty court, then when you appeal the next court is the 24^th judicial District Court, State of Louisiana, you must also be in a federal admiralty court. We are still arguing over an admiralty lien. This is exclusively federal jurisdiction. The 24^th judicial District Court must also be a federal admiralty court. The Same with the Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, State of Louisiana. These are all federal courts, not State courts. Citizens of a State appear in State Court. Subjects of the United States appear in a federal court.

Do you know that I couldn't get any judge to tell me if I am in a Federal or a State Court. Surely they know. They just refuse to say.

Let me show you why this is important.

The Supreme Court told us in the Dred Scott case that federal courts were different in this country. As property managers of the Kings the Kings had given us a short list of things we could do. So, to come into this court you had to show that you fit one of the rules and we could hear your case.

Well, what is the rule?

The rule is article 1251 of the United States Code.

Hold on were about to go in a circle.

We go to TITLE 28 section1251. Entitled Original jurisdiction and under that is part (b)(3). Section (b)(3) give a State the right to appear in it's own name in All actions or proceedings by a State against the citizens of another State or against aliens. There we are again. The State of Louisiana can sue citizens of another State or aliens in a federal court. Every time you went into traffic court did you know that you were in a federal admiralty court and you were a citizen of another State or an alien? Did you know that the owner of the vehicle you were using was charging you with criminal trespass because you broke the rules of the owner of the vehicle?

Remember, the Supreme Court said that a Citizen of a State had rights and a citizen of the United States was a subject of the United States, Just a freed slave. Of what State are you a citizen or are you an alien? When you go to traffic court in Louisiana the District Attorney is telling the judge that you are not a Citizen of the State of Louisiana. The District Attorney is telling the judge that you are a citizen of some state other than Louisiana or that you are an alien in the State of Louisiana. The judge is going to agree with him. You are not a Citizen of the State of Louisiana, you are a citizen of some other state, or you are an alien in the State of Louisiana. Lawyers know. Funny you didn't learn this in school. Lawyers did.

Maybe next time you will be more respectful to the agents of the owner of the vehicle when they catch you and steal your money. They ARE letting you use their vehicle. You just paid for it and maintain it for them. You should be grateful that the master is letting you use it. If you don't like it then you and Hans can go and complain about it.

My God, you don't know how much I wish I were kidding you. I'm not. Sad state of affairs for Kings to find themselves. Overthrown by ignorance of the law. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Ignorance is Slavery. Knowledge cures ignorance every time.

Let me make a small point about Article 1251. The U.S. Constitution says that the Supreme Court will have original jurisdiction when the State is a Party. Original jurisdiction means that you start there. It is the correct course for a King to take to bring his property managers to task. Directly to the Supreme Court.

The lawyers found a way around this. With all of these new slaves, excuse me subjects, We can't be going to the Supreme Court every time we want to steal from them. Congress, you know the place were the conspirators were operating from? Congress passed a law that said that the Supreme Court has original jurisdiction, but not exclusive jurisdiction. Now we can set up other courts to let us steal everything we can from the subjects.

Lawyers understand the importance of the change. Watch how they protect themselves.

Article V section 5(B) of the Louisiana State Constitution says that the supreme court has exclusive original jurisdiction of disciplinary proceedings against a member of the bar. Exclusive and original jurisdiction. You go there first and only there. Just what are disciplinary proceedings? When I get a traffic ticket, the owner of the vehicle wants to discipline me to not do that again. Just what does disciplinary proceedings mean? I'll let you go there on your own. It depends on what your definition of discipline is. Remember Clinton? It depends on what your definition of is is.

Just wait until I show you just how crooked the Louisiana Supreme Court is. I'll get to that later.

Do you remember that politician that was known for a heavy foot and a total disregard for the rules of the road? He ran over and killed some poor man on a motorcycle when the politician ran the Stop sign. The politician got, I think, 100 hours of community service. Was that a disciplinary proceeding against a member of the bar? Only esquires can rule over esquires.

The Supreme Court told us in the Slaughterhouse Cases that there were two types of citizen in this country. There is a Citizen of a State who is one of the Sovereign People of We, The People fame. There is also a citizen of the United States that was just a slave, excuse me, subject of the United States. If they wanted to be a King too, one of the Sovereign People, all a subject of the United States had to do was to wish real hard and get a bona fide residence in a State.

The Supreme Court told the butchers that they were freed slaves, subjects of the United States. Evidently these butchers didn't have a house, a shop or even a residence in the State. Or, that residence was not really in the State of Louisiana. It was not a bona fide residence in the State.

Hans wanted the State of Louisiana to pay him some $87,000 in bonds. Was he a homeless vagabond with no residence? A residence is different from a domicile. A residence is more temporary than a domicile. If he rented a room in a rooming house, that would qualify as a residence. Unless he was a homeless vagabond with $87,000 dollars to invest, he lived somewhere. Everybody agreed that he lived in Louisiana. Yet, Hans thought that he had the character of a King. The lawyers and the judges knew that he had the character of a subject. What was the matter with his residence that kept it from being bona fide?

The Supreme Court told you flat out that a Citizen of a State and a citizen of the United States were two totally different things. You can't be both. Your either a King or a subject.

The lawyers confessed to the theft of all of the Kingdoms by a group of conspirators. The lawyers confessed that they knew that their were a lot of illegal things going on besides the overthrow of the United States. Like an illegal tax. The lawyers confessed to being, at least, accomplices after the fact to the overthrow of the United States and all of the Kings.

I showed you that the Louisiana Constitution makes it illegal for a King to hold public office. Why not? There are no more kings. Who's going to complain?

I showed you that when they bring you into traffic court they are actually bringing you into a federal court claiming that you are a citizen of the United States, a freed slave that is now a subject of the United States. A citizen of another state of an alien. Definitely, not a King.

Is there still any doubt that you are a subject of the United States? All the rights that you think you have, you don't have. Those rights are reserved for Kings. You're just a subject of the government of the lawyers, by the lawyers, and for the lawyers, and any one who has enough money to pay them.

You always knew that something was wrong with the government. You knew you weren't being treated like a free person. Now you know why, your not a king. You're just a subject formally called a slave.

Now I show you that the State of Louisiana has stolen your vehicle. You, Hans and the butchers go and complain. A subject has no right to question his master. After all, sure the master laid hands on you, but I'm sure it wasn't any more than was necessary to restrain you.

Stay with me, it's going to get much worse before it gets better.

Let's take a small look at the Department of Public Safety and Corrections. The Overseer of the owner. There's so much more in the documentation.

The Department of Public Safety and Corrections and the State Police first appear in Article VII Section 5 of the Louisiana Constitution. When they steal all of the motor vehicles, trailers, bicycles, ridden animals and any other device by which people and property can be transported on a public road or bridge, it is to fund the overseer of the stolen property and his army sent out to protect the property of the owner and to serve the owner in keeping the subjects of the United States in line. You know, to protect and to serve the Master.

Whose public roads and bridges? They are owned by the Kings of the State. The property managers are just managing the property of the Kings, should they ever return. The property managers are just allowing the freed slaves to use the Kings property, the roads and bridges and now the vehicles, stolen by the property managers from the freed slaves.

Well, we stole all of the vehicles to fund the overseer. Chapter 9 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes Creates the overseer of the State's property, The Department of Public Safety and Corrections and the State Police.

The Department of Public Safety and Corrections is created and shall be a body corporate with the power to sue and be sued. That's Chapter 9 section 401 A. The corporation is created.

B.(1) The Department of Public Safety and Corrections, through its offices and officers, shall have authority generally for the security and physical safety of the citizens and property of Louisiana, the enforcement of laws and regulations pertaining to criminal conduct, automobile and highway safety, motor vehicles and drivers, and fire protection.

This corporation shall have general authority for the security and physical safety of the citizens and property of Louisiana. Who has general authority over a King, No one. Who has general authority over a subject and other property of the State. The Master. Dred Scott found out. He also found out that ignorance is slavery. If he would have known the rules, if he had known law, he could have been free.

You should read chapter 9. The Department of Safety and Corrections is the reprogramming center for wayward slaves. Excuse me, wayward subjects. Those that are not obedient enough to the master.

They are charged with helping the court convict you. They are in charge of reprogramming you and deciding just when you are sufficiently reprogrammed. If you look through chapter 9 you'll realize that this is the reprogramming center you've heard tell of in the science fiction stories.

Hang on, we're about to come around to the beginning of the circle again.

The head of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections is appointed by the Governor of the State of Louisiana and serves at his pleasure. Think sheriff of Notingham of Robin Hood fame. Wasn't that what Robin Hood was fighting a cruel usurper of the throne and his tax collector. My land, my rules.

All right, if the State of Louisiana is a Sovereign Nation, a country, then the Governor is now the King of this country. The true Kings are gone, all that's left here is aliens. Somebody owns all of the land. It can't be the State of Louisiana, because then a bona fide residence would be possible. However, the State of Louisiana could be managing it for the owner, whoever that may be. The State of Louisiana owns all of the vehicles, and ridden animals. The State of Louisiana is now populated with citizens of another state or a foreign state. They are aliens in the State of Louisiana. They are the subjects of the United States.

To top it off, the government is run by citizens of the state created by the conspirators that overthrew the government with the 14^th amendment and it's dubious origins. The lawyers even confessed. Obviously they know, they confessed in their trade journals.

A band of conspirators took over this country and have forbidden anyone but one of their army from holding office anywhere, in any State. To top it off they pretend that this is the will of the people.

We're back to the beginning. A King who owns everything and controls the army treats everybody else like dogs. He creates a government to manage his stuff. The land and everyone on it.

Sure it's all right to lay hands on them. They are just subjects. They have no property rights. Keel haul the trash, it's my ship and he's my property. Forty lashes will remind him just who's ship this is. When you get married, I get your wife first. My land, my army, my rules. He has unleashed a swarm of officers to eat out our substance. He has taken us across seas (into admiralty court) to answer for pretend offenses.

Now, go and read the Declaration of Independence again,

Or, go and watch the aftermath of the defective levy breaches and the Great flood of New Orleans. Sure we can close the bridge, they're just subjects. You know, freed slaves. They have no right to run for their lives, only Kings have that right. Surely we can shoot them on the bridges. As one newspaper put it there is no right to travel in Federal Jurisdiction. There is no right to travel for a freed slave, subject of the United States. Kings used to have that right, but, alas there are no more kings.

Stay with me, I'm sorry, but it gets worse before it gets better.

By now you should be getting the idea that I just might be right. If your still not convinced, I have much more to show you.

Hopefully, by now the world around you is starting to make more sense. Of course they can take all of those children from those polygamists. Just let them try and asset title to themselves and their children as Dred Scott did. They'll find out as Dred Scott did. You don't own yourself or your children. You are subjects of the government. The rightful owner can give the children to other subjects to raise. Just as King Sandford could have sold Dred Scott's children because Dred couldn't assert the title of himself and his family. You can not assert title to yourself.

Kings used to be able to assert the title of himself back to his Creator. The Certificate of Origin of his property and his rights. Why? Because we declared it to be that way in the Declaration of Independence.

The most powerful nation on Earth overthrown by ignorance. Tell the man that's drowning how blissful it is not to know how to swim. At best ignorance is expensive. In this case ignorance is slavery. Is it any wonder our school system is in the condition it's in and why they don't want you home schooling? Is it any wonder that they don't teach you law?

After all, it's not their fault you didn't learn law. They did, Lincoln did. What's your problem?

Even the King of England couldn't rule without his lords and esquires and their army of subjects. Hitler didn't round up all of those Jews by himself.

Next I am going to show you what else they stole. They stole your kingdom. They stole your vehicle and are now renting it to you. They stole your children and can take them away when ever they want. How could it get worse? It's about to.

Please remember, I didn't create this mess. I'm just telling you what I found when I tried to reclaim my kingdom. I have tried other avenues, and now, I must light my signal fire. Copy this information and give it to someone who would rather be a King than a subject. When enough lights are lit we will all be Kings again. The rightful kings will again rule.
